have questions? I've got answers!
When discussing possible locations, it’s more about the look and feel you want the pictures to show! Use keywords such as ethereal, natural, warm, homey, or vintage. Meaningful places like where you first met or the school you are graduating from is definitely an option as well! Also keep in mind about your home decor and any important color schemes you might have. This way, if you want to frame the photos in your living room, it won’t clash with anything else in your home. There is a lot to ponder about this one, so consider these options!
Where should we take the photos?
Outfits are such an important aspect when we’re shooting together! I recommend choosing a monochromatic or complementary color scheme. This could be neutral colors like black, white, tan, or pastel. These colors go great with my editing style! Stray away from graphics, logos, words, bright neon colors, etc. Most of my packages include an outfit planning guide to help you find the perfect outfit for your session.
What should I wear?
Travel time outside of my local work area will require a travel fee which is $0.50/mile to and from the location. There is also an additional fee for retouching and overtime, please message me for details.
Are there any additional fees I should know about?
How should I pay and is there a deposit?
You will be able to pay directly through your Honeybook portal. Once an inquiry is made and a date and time is chosen for your session, you will receive a proposal that includes your contract and invoice. Please keep this for your records. The first payment is a 20% deposit required at the time of booking to reserve your session date. The second payment is the remaining balance that is due 2 days before your session.
You will be receiving your finalized gallery through Pic-Time. No need to download or create an account for — this is an online gallery system presented in the most beautiful way. The photos will be professionally edited and retouching is optional. RAW photos will not be delivered. You will receive your gallery within 2-4 weeks, and wedding galleries between 4-8 weeks.
